A corner-lit room with a wall-mounted television, a proper desk and a window that runs most of one wall. Ten of them exist, which is the whole reason to ask early rather than in August.
What you are paying the extra twenty dollars a week for, against the Deluxe at Garneau Towers, is the walk: four minutes to the hospital and five to the Education building, against six and seven from 111 Street. Over a nine-month term that is a lot of February.
