What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email, phone number, and the details you give about your move-in date, room preference, programme and how the rent will be covered. Nothing else. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no analytics script on any page.

Why we have it

To answer you, to assess an application, and to arrange a tour. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone marketing anything.

Where it goes

A form submission is sent to our own mailbox at info@elmrow.ca and recorded in the leasing system we use to manage enquiries. The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs containing IP addresses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become applications are deleted within twelve months. Applications are kept for as long as we have a legal reason to, and tenancy records for as long as Alberta law requires.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees the request. Video embeds load from YouTube only after you press play — until then, nothing is requested from them.

Your rights

Under Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@elmrow.ca and we will answer within thirty days.
