Everything not in this table is the same in both: a private bedroom in a 4-bedroom suite, one shared bathroom, a 9-month lease, and heat, power, water and Wi-Fi in the rent.

The two buildings are run separately. You lease a room in one of them, and the amenities in this table belong to the building they are in. A room at University Tower does not give you the gym at Garneau Towers, and a room at Garneau Towers does not give you a balcony. Pick on the row that matters to you.

We are not the University of Alberta and neither building is University housing. University Tower carries that name from its own history — it was a University residence years ago and is privately owned now. Your lease is with us, so it does not depend on your registration.
