Flex Plus
Ten square feet smaller than the Deluxe and thirty-five dollars a week cheaper. Most people cannot tell you where the ten feet went.
What you notice instead is the brick. One wall is the building’s original red brick, never painted, and it does more for the room than any amount of square footage would have.
The other difference is storage. Flex Plus has a bookshelf wall rather than a television, which is the right trade if you own more books than you own opinions about television. A sliding door instead of a swinging one gives you back the floor space a door arc would have eaten.
